Refund & Returns Policy

At Effenfine, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed products made just for you.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how returns, replacements, or refunds may apply to your order.


1. Custom and Personalized Products

Because each item is printed on demand specifically for you (playmats, mousepads, apparel, etc.), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes or uploaded designs chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after production has begun

  • Slight color or texture variations caused by screen display or material

Each product is made to order — once printing starts, it cannot be resold or reused.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund any item that arrives:

  • Misprinted

  • Damaged in transit

  • Significantly different from what you ordered

To request a replacement:

  1. Email support@effenfine.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility for a replacement or refund.

If approved, we’ll either:

  • Reprint and ship a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.


3. Return Instructions

If a return is required (for inspection or verification), we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
All returns must be sent to our U.S. return center:

Please do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.


4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm your claim.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 days for funds to appear in your account.


5. International Orders

For customers outside the USA:

  • Replacements will be produced at the nearest available regional print partner (UK, EU, or Asia).

  • If a local printer is unavailable, fulfillment may be handled by our backup facilities in China or Europe to minimize delay.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees, which are non-refundable once charged by local authorities.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
Once printing begins, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
To request cancellation, contact support@effenfine.com immediately with your order number.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or shipping information

  • Delays caused by customs or postal carriers

  • Color variations between screen and print

  • Minor imperfections within normal manufacturing tolerances


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer size or design exchanges for custom-printed products.
However, if your order arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it free of charge.
