We take pride in the quality of our custom mousepads. Since each product is made to order based on your design, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by us.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a refund if the fault is ours.
We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided files, such as low-resolution images, spelling mistakes, or incorrect colors.
