At Effenfine, every order is made-to-order and shipped with tracking — so you always know where your package is.
This page explains how to track your order, what to expect, and how we process updates for U.S. and international deliveries.


1. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been printed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • The shipping carrier name

  • A direct link to view real-time tracking updates

You can also track your order by entering your order number and email in our Track My Order portal.

If you don’t see your tracking email within 7 business days after purchase, please check your spam folder or contact support@effenfine.com.


2. Production Time

Because all Effenfine products are custom-made, please allow time for production before shipping:

  • Production time: 2–7 business days (depending on design complexity)

  • Shipping time: varies by region (see below)

You’ll receive your tracking link as soon as your item leaves our print facility.


3. Delivery Time by Region

⏳ Delivery estimates include production time and may vary due to customs or seasonal volume.


4. How Our Fulfillment Network Works

Effenfine uses a global printing and logistics network that routes each order to the nearest available facility for faster delivery and lower environmental impact.

  • U.S. customers → printed and shipped from within the USA

  • International customers → printed in your nearest region (UK, EU, or Asia)

  • If regional printers are at capacity, backup facilities in China or Europe will fulfill your order to prevent delays

All production centers follow the same quality control and color standards.


5. Tracking Not Updating?

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, try the following:

  1. Paste your tracking number into the carrier’s website (USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, etc.)

  2. Check for customs processing updates if international

  3. Contact support@effenfine.com — we’ll investigate directly with the carrier


6. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after shipping, please contact our support team.
We will:

  • File a trace with the carrier

  • Arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost

You must contact us within 45 days of shipment for lost-order claims.


7. Delivery Confirmation

A package marked “Delivered” by the carrier is considered successfully delivered.
If you haven’t received your package despite delivery confirmation:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Verify the address on your order confirmation

  • Contact your local post office

Effenfine is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after delivery confirmation but will assist with reprints at a reduced rate.
