How do I order a custom mousepad?

Simply select your desired size and upload your design file on the product page. Follow the on-screen instructions to position and preview your design. Then add it to your cart and complete the checkout process.


What kind of files can I upload?

We accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF files. For best results, your design should be at least 300 DPI at the actual print size. Avoid blurry or pixelated images — what you upload is what we print - we will increase the quality of the image but if its not possible we ill let you know


Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! If you’re interested in ordering a larger quantity (e.g., for events, gifts, or corporate branding), please contact us at [your email] for a custom quote and discounted pricing.


How long does it take to receive my order?

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If your mousepad arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error that’s our fault, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.


Can I return or cancel my order?

Since all mousepads are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started, unless there is a defect. Please double-check your design and details before placing your order.


What materials are the mousepads made of?
